Justin Hickman & Terresa Landess are National Board Certified & Virginia State Licensed Massage Therapists in the Hampton Roads area. We practice several alternative bodywork therapies aimed at facilitating the body's own innate healing process. Our therapies include therapeutic massage, osteopathic soft tissue manipulation, colon hydrotherapy, reflexology & body-mind acupressure. At Inner Earth Bodyworks, we aim to bring real solutions to people's health care problems through structural bodywork, health consultations & body-mind techniques for healing.

About Inner Earth Bodyworks

Inner Earth Bodyworks is a place to find self healing and inner peace through traditional manual bodywork modalities.  'Inner Earth' refers to the world within ourselves which follows an ever changing ebb and flow, the balance between the physical body, the mind (the concious), and the spirit (the subconcious). In the spirit of traditional osteopathic bodywork and traditional asian bodywork, we encourage people to journey into themselves and restore their own innate balance.

We welcome you to Inner Earth.  Here you will learn about the practice of various manual therapies and how they help restore the natural equilibrium of the body and improve overall health. 

The body is a complex mechanism which modern science has only begun to understand. At Inner Earth, we help people to explore their own process of healing facilitated through manual therapy and consultation on healthy living - body, mind and spirit.  We encourage patients to discover simple ways to stay healthy and escape the potential harm of everyday stresses.
